Boulder, Colorado, USA, is named the happiest city in America. Not so says its small, but resilient black community whose lived experience there is that of a constant current of racist marginalization. The documentary follows the story ofZayd Atkinson, a university student who is performing his work study job, cleaning up the grounds of hi dorm when he is threatened by a police officer and, soon, by eight officers with guns drawn!
